Possible hypothyroid problem

I have all symptoms of hypothyroid, and I have it in my family. My blood tests come back in normal range, but everyone in my family had normal tests & yet were helped by medication & eventually diagnosed hypo.

Is there a homeopathic remedy for hypothyroid problems that is safe enough for me to try, even though I'm not positive that my thyroid is not working properly? I'd like to try it to see if I see some improvement in symptoms.

Also, I'm going to begin Arnica for hairloss, so will these two remedies affect each other?

Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
you will need to tell us a lot more about yourself and you symptoms as the remedy that may help must be matched to this.

26 year old female in good health. I'm a runner, exercise frequently, eat healthily.

Symptoms: I am extremely intolerant to cold, and usually uncomfortably cold even when others are warm. I have overwhelming fatigue that I haven't felt before, but am very active so I just work through it. I'm losing hair - all tests normal. I can't seem to lose weight, no matter what I do, and considering my lifestyle I should be extremely fit. Still I have some weight in my legs and stomach that I'd like to get rid of. My skin is dry all the time, especially my hands. I feel like I have trouble swallowing, although I don't have any idea why. Doctors don't find any kind of cyst or anything. My menstrual cycles were exremely irregular, heavy, and I had painful cramping, but I am on birth control to help that now. I don't like being on medicine all the time, though. I am an engineer, and used to have a great attention span, but I find it hard to concentrate now. I've been having muscle spasms and trouble with hands and feet falling asleep lately.

I know that is a lot to list ... and keep hoping it would go away & I'll feel back to normal. I know I just don't feel right. But I'm tired of blood tests & doctor visits.

Thank you!

Any particular time of day that you have trouble swallowing, any particular food/drink?

I'm not sure that I've noticed a particular time. Sometimes it's worse before I go to sleep, but I think that is just because I'm still and quiet then, and I notice it more.

No particular food/drink - just normal swallowing without food/drink feels weird.
