constipation

Am having this unusual hard fesis for the past three weeks now,despite what i eat, i eat starchy meals but with enough water and these are meals i eat before. After excretion i feel like my side waist is pulling from both sides. And the back waist to the back lower rib. My tomy feels hard too sometimes. And since three days now ive been having frequen heart burn after meals until i take enough water. Plz what symptoms is this. Does it have to do with kidney or liver?

you can try alumina 30c thrice daily for few days.Along with u can try nat.phos 6x,5 tab twice daily for 15 days.
