1. Describe your main suffering?
Not being able to sleep before 3 PM due to mental and physical unrest. No appetite, weak digestion. Dry and itchy skin off and on, especially at night when skin becomes warm. Feeling exhausted, feeling as if heart is not strong enough. General weakness. Morning depression.
Over-sensitivity to noises and sound and flickering TV images, touch etc.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Stiff shoulders, weakness in the lower back - therefor not being able to sit straight up in meditations - hearing loss, vision becoming less,
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Depression, tendency to cry when I speak about it. Always I have worries and social anxiety. Always feeling guilty that I have not done well enough to help others.
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Depression because the physical weakness is a handicap for my goals in life, gaining enlightenment, contribution to work for humanity, wanting to stay alife for the sake of my daughter.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Always had anxiety and and worries. Sleeplessness started about 10 years ago and is growing worse. I can not trace it to anything specific.
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Morning time - very depressed, night time - no sleeping.
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Too heavy food makes not sleeping worse, social interactions in bigger groups and traveling makes mental unrest and sleeplessness more.
A very small amount of coffee or tea I take in the morning lifts morning-depression. Being at home in a quiet atmosphere without visitors feels the best. Sometimes a quiet outing with a few nice friends is also uplifting.
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Yes I am over sensitive to external stimuli like sound, bright lights, moving fast (like being in a car on a highway), many people talking.
Menses have long time been gone (73 year old)

I like the outbreak of it, the release of tension in the atmosfere.

If dr.shouse agrees than I suggest as under:
Sulpher: as per his advice
Passiflora Inc-Q (twenty five drops after breakfast and lunch) and sixty drops at bed time
continue this protocol for a week and note the changes.
