dandruff and hair loss

I have been suffering from hair loss for the past one and a half year and has lost nearly one third of my hairs from front.Is it alopcia?I also have dandruff and itchness in scalp.I am not using any soap or anti dandruff shampoo.I have constipation for long period.Kindly suggest me suitable remedy.Thanks in advance.

Please try Nat.Mur-30 (five drops per dose) three times a day for 2weeks and report changes.

Sorry I forgot to add that i have been taking R89 drops of Dr Reckweg and some 2weeks.Should i discontinue that and stick to NAT MUR-30 for 2 weeks.
