depression

i am soyon 4m bangladesh. i received hoemeopathy. alopathy, unani & other. most of doctor tell me you are depressed from long term. nervousness, sadness, suicidility, sexual debility are available. please tell me what happened. what i can receive?

Please take three doses of Phosphoricum Acidum 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

bufo was better than others but not parmanent. it was 30 p. which potency i would take. plz reply

i am 24 years old,weight is just 47kg.i am masturbating since 14 years of age.
Below are my problems
I lost all my hope and confidence as i am so weak and personality is down.i feel like suicide sometimes.i am not able to concentrtae on work,i used to forget things.i cant perform well under pressure.used to ejaculate so early when masturbate.urination is yellowish and heat sensation in it.as i am underweight my frnz tease me and i felt to suicide,tried herbs like shilajeet,aswagandha but dont have any positive effects.appetite is also not proper,i dont find any food tasty.
