After taking Argentum Nitricum 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips I felt mild Heachache, diziness feeling, omit feeling,hot flashes. I had gone for motion 3 times. Mentally I felt state of confusion.

Please never take SBL Tranquil tablets. They will completely destroy your minds. They are being marketed as pills for stress problems but you will lose all your mental faculties after taking them. i took them a year back and my mind was totally destroted by them. SBL should be booked for criminal offence for manufacturing this medicine.

In this case, Argentum nitricum should be taken in single dose, with minimum medicine, and then wait. Medicine should be taken one globules in tongue in empty stomach or he should go for L.M potency , May be by M2 potency every alternate day. But as he already taken 200, POTENCY , now .he should not go for 30 potency, it Mau cause aggravation. Vital force do not take the same potency consecutively. So if repeated dose necessary then, succussion should be done. Kamrul
