Hi David

I have only just got some money and will order remedy today but just wanted to ask. do you say give 30c just because you know my worries or is this what you would prescribe anyway? i ask because this Son is fine with 200c i only worry with the youngest
Thank you

Use 200c in preference.

sorry to ask about dosing again but do i mix up in mixing bottle and place one drop in water without banging the bottle or do i still bang for his 1st dose?

Always succuss the dosing bottle. It is a good habit to get into regardless.

Ok thanks, well before giving remedy we have an acute coming for sure, little shivery last night and he has just woken at 7am and coughed and it sounds tight croupy and he says his throat hurts alot when he coughs I will probably need some advice but I realise it's the weekend so you won't be around, I wil report if help is needed and im guessing I will have to hold off in the calc phos for now?

Hi David I held off on the calc phos because of the acute. I gave a spongia purely because of what you said with my last son and it was to repeat the last remedy he had well I think it was spongia, anyhow the cough wasn't too bad all weekend but he woke 20 mins ago and is coughing alot more it's no longer croupy, it keeps changing but mostly dry and whistley or hissy sound, he also likes to drink alot when coughing, he keeps sniffing and hates to blow his nose, do I give the Calc Phos or something else?

Give the Calc-phos. This is not an acute it is the same stuff he always gets, so it is chronic. An Acute has nothing to do with his internal weakness, it comes entirely from the outside.

He has woken just now with croup again so I'm now thinking the spongia may of helped as he has not really had it and it's alot worse this morning I just want to check do I still proceed with the calc phos?
He has only had croup a few times in his life it started last year
Thanks for your time

Once is an acute, twice is not. It is chronic.

Yes, because it is chronic you need to treat with the chronic remedy. We have to stop this from happening.

Ok I Made remedy up in Dosing bottle but I only had 1 200c to put in not 2 and I also put 1 drop on his tongue from the dropper and as soon as I had done it I realised it was meant to be in water, I'll still order more 200c incase this in fails, he has definitely had this remedy before as it said in the package it contained 3 x 200c and there was only 1 left but I must of dropped one as he has never had a remedy repeatedly, I will keep you posted thank you again

Also he has had a lymph node or gland which was huge 2years ago when he had chicken pox and never completely gone since, its remained a small bump and today it is tender and little bigger but also red on the surface, he did say he bumped it on the edge of the window when he looked out so unsure about what's going on with it really!

His symptoms have worsened, so yes it is most likely the remedy.

Ok great, do you have time to look at youngests post if I do one as he is bunged up for few days now and slight gunky eye starting, I stopped his steroid inhaler 2weeks ago as doesn't need it in the better weather but am worried I did this too early,I struggle with the youngests description so it will take a long time to do this end?
Many thanks for your help

Hi David I do hope your well as have not seen you on the forum this week?

I cannot bare my son at the moment it sounds awful I say this about a little 6 year old but he winds me up like crazy he really knows how to wind the whole household up when is the aggravation likely to ease off, I can't help be snappy with him and he kept poking me and flicking me and I suddenly turned round and did it back, this is how much he is annoying me, so sad as he's just adorable when he's being lovely!
Pixie
He also has an ulcer in his throat it's been there all week I thought he had a sore throat but checked and it's an ulcer , he's not had one there before but has in his mouth once before
