Pilonidal cyst problem
Hello doctors,I am suffering with pilonidal cyst problem for the past 2 years. I went to surgery twice last year here in US. I was born in Pakistan and came to US in 2007 for studies. I am 28 years old. I weigh around 220 pounds and my height is 6 feet.
The cyst came within 2 months after my first surgery. My last surgery happened on Nov 25th. It was extensive with a month long healing period. The cyst came back few days ago meaning after 4 months. It was horrible pain and the puss came out today. It was thick blood with yellowish fluid. The first drops had strong smell and later the liquid was just like thin blood.
My fathers suggested me to look for homeopathy solution as his kidney stone was treated by homeopathy 20 years ago.
I am getting married within few months and this problem is making me nervous. Please help me to get rid of this issue. I dont want to go through surgical procedure again.

Dear Dr. Nawaz, I got my medicine today and have started it. What should I expect as the cyst already seems to get very small after days of draining.
Moreover even now, whenever I wake up in the morning, I saw few drop of drainage on my trouser. However there is no pain at all.

Well it has been 3 days that bleeding has completely stopped. It was always like a blood.
Before I started taking medicines I looked at the cyst. It was small and red in color, slightly painful when touched.
Today, it is even smaller, not red but like a white color (the same color which skin shows when it is healing). Moreover it is not painful when touched and I dont even feel that I have a cyst.
A concern: Does the medicine cause constipation?

Well, I cannot see any pus coming out.
The color of cyst - by 'like white' I meant light yellow in middle and towards the edges it turns little reddish.

3. You mentioned Calc Sulph 200C. Is it same as Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum? Only granules have this high potency.

I have been travelling around to attend some conferences so could not get medicines.
Complete Physical symtoms:
Before saturday, everything was okay. I was feeling as if I never had this problem. And on saturday I started feeling a minor pain at the infected area. Last night, I saw puss flowing out and now it is again shrunk in size with very less pain. The color of pus was red but it was not thick red. It was much less thicker than last time. And moreover there was no smell of puss.
Mentally I feel no different. But i recently started playing squash and I have been exerting a lot. I do not know whether it is relevant or not.

well it is kind of mixture of blood and water. It was less dense than blood.
Can I do some normal exercise daily? I usually play squash and tennis.

So here is the progress report.
The pain is gone. I dont feel anything while sitting down or laying on the bed.
There is no bleeding.
However, I feel the cyst if I touch the infected area with my fingers but it is not painful. Infected area is no more red in color.
Should I continue the meds?
