Moreover, what is the good time to take medicine - I mean when the stomach is empty or after a meal.
Moreover, I do not eat any beef now. Is there anything else I should be aware of. I am very much worried about cyst these days and one of the biggest reason is my upcoming marriage.

You must avoid pus forming foods such as Rice, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Peas, Milk, Ice Cream and cold drinks.
Also, stay away from stress/anxiety/depression creating situations.

Dear Dr. Nawaz, I just sent you an email with recent picture of wound attached. The wound looks much better than 4 days ago. As you can see in the picture it looks like healing with white dry skin around it.
It drained heavily on Monday and Tuesday (the blood was red and not thick at all) however yesterday there were only few drops of blood. I dont feel any pain and dont feel anything when I lay down or sit. I did not drink any soft drinks, rice, potatoes. I reduced my smoking to 3 cigarettes per day too.
Please advice me how to proceed.

Dear Dr. Nawaz, I sent you a picture of my wound, it seems to be slightly better compared to last time. I have been using Calendula 200C and BV 3x for the past 3/4 days. Whenever I touch my wound with cotton I notice slightly off white white sticky kind of fluid. Please advice and suggest any change in medicine.

I just sent you the current picture of wound. The situation is more or less the same however, whenever I touch the wound with the tissue I see a yellowish fluid and sometimes a drop a blood.
Mentally, I am fine, just a usual healthy stress from work.

So I took a dose of silicea 1m and I guess the affects are quite obvious now. I just sent you an email. The wound looks much better as a good amount of white/offwhite sticky fluid is coming out. I also feel good down there as after a long time I dont feel the presence of cyst while sitting on my chair.
Please advice how should I proceed.

The wound is pretty clean and I am very comfortable as I already mentioned I dont feel the presence of cyst anymore.

I am in a situation here. Boiron pharmacy says they dont have this tincture. And WHP says they have high potency like 30C. Do you think I should get 30C? They suggest diluting it in alcohol myself which I am not comfortable with. Please advice.

The wound is not looking better than before. I am taking Calendula 200C once a day. I am eating salads (consisting of cabbiage/spinach/cucumbers) along with fish or chicken.
From yesterday, I see some puss coming out with blood. It looks like a sticky yellow pus but reddish because it also seems to have blood inside. I had pain on the upper part of wound (shown in picture) from yesterday night.
About mental situation: I am taking a very intense exam at the end of this month and certainly this is causing more than usual stress.
Please advice.
