I would definetly eliminate all dairy from his diet. This will improve his breathing emmensly! Switch to soy products...

You may remember that I offered to help you if the remedies that were suggested by others did not help.

I would now like to suggest that you use Nat Sulph 6c for your son's Asthma which must be used precisely as detailed below.

Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from your nearest supermarket.
Pour out 100ml
Drop in 3 pellets or 1 drop of liquid Nat Sulph 6c into the 400ml water
Cap the bottle tightly and succuss it 4-6 times by banging on your palm and look out for the air bubbles to fizzle up from the bottom.
Pour out 1 teaspoonful of the potentized remedy into half a cup of water from another bottle of the same water and stir it gently.
Sip 1 teaspoonful of the water from the cup just once daily.

You will have to stop all other medication if you wish to start on this therapy.

The remedy that I have used when the patient is having an acute attack and is straining for breath is Ars Alb 200c. This remedy is taken dry and just 4 globules will suffice for a dose which may only be taken just once daily when the patient is gasping for breath. This usually clears the lungs and opens up the airways in under 20 minutes.

I have observed that if the patient is chronic the remedy will have to be used for about 10 days before any perceptible relief is observed. If it is just a wheeze, almost immediate relief is noticed.

Some persons whom I have treated have called this a miracle remedy, especially those who have been using multiple inhalers even 4 time daily, over long periods going back to over 10 years.

Nat Sulph 6c is very safe to be used even with children and I would appreciate if you will please record your response on this forum in a week.

I must mention here that prescribing over a forum such as this is in no way comparable with meeting the patient in person. If your son does not show any improvement in say 10 days, it can be presumed that this remedy is not for him and I will have to suggest other remedies after you provide answers to some questions.

If you would like to give me your postal address I can send you a few globules by mail which you can use to potentize the 500ml water which you can get from your nearest supermarket.

These globules are 3mm in diameter and cannot be detected in the mail when sent in an envelope.

Glad to note that you can get Nat Sulph 6c from India.

I would also like you to get another remedy which is only to be used on a SOS basis if he is having an attack and cannot breathe. I had suggested it in the last para of my post with the instructions on how the Nat Sulph was to be used.

The remedy that I would want you to have with you is Ars Alb 200c. This should be in the dry dose and you can use 3 globules if your son gets an acute attack.

You must use the Ars Alb 200c potency.

As you have already noticed the 30c is not effective to stop an attack.

worse on waking is a main indication for Lachesis

I doubt that Lachesis can help with a full blown Asthma attack when the patient is unable to breathe.

However it would be interesting if the patient uses it and reports response.

I have always used Ars Alb 200 and it usually clears the airway in about 20 minutes.

I was alerted to the last post and noticed that you have not confirmed that that the patient was using the remedy that I prescribed, Nat Sulph 6c for Asthma. In my last post I advised using the Ars Alb 200c when I noticed that you had used the 30c which cannot help.

If you are not using the Nat Sulph 6c I'm afraid that the Asthma cannot be helped by the Ars Alb alone which is only to be used on a SOS basis.

Please record your son's response to this therapy if you have used it as I indicated.

On what basis you are saying Arsenic A alone cannot cure asthma? Depend on symptom and person Arsenic A one of excellent remedies for asthma. Study materia medica.

I am happy to learn that your son is reacting positively to Nat Sulph 6c in the dosage I prescribed which I presume you were able to get from India.

I too am amazed sometimes how quickly the patient responds to this remedy in this case in just 4 days. It is absolutely safe in use and can be used for as long as your son requires it. For the present he can use it once daily and when he stabilized he can use it every other day and after he does not have any more wheeaing he can stop it. When he stops it I shall indicate another remedy which you can use on a daily basis which will act as a prophylactic for him.

I note that you also have got Ars Alb 200 c but have not used it as there was no SOS level need when he was unable to breathe with an attack.

It is unfortunate that those who visit this and other forums sometimes tend to insist that only their remedies can help the person suffering from it. This can cause major problems for the poor patient whose condition can be aggravated by the use of every remedy that is prescribed by those who only have the book knowledge without the necessary experience in the treatment of any ailment.

For the information of all concerned, I would like to place on record that although I am not a qualified Homeopath I do have some experience in the treatment of a few ailments with Homeopathic remedies and Asthma is one that I have specialized in and have had some remarkable cures.

I do not intend using Ars Alb for Asthma as I am quite satisfied with the response that the 2 remedies that I have suggested have evoked from the patient, who in this case is a young boy who has been treated by many others with no success.

I do not understand that a gentleman by name J commenting on another J’s type of treatment.. One must understand that Homeopathy is a system hidden in it is several goldmines. Some of our remedies are fully proved as per the principles and many are not fully proved.

Samuel Hahnemann the founder of homoeopathic system of medicine has repeatedly said that Homoeopathy is an ‘art’ and not a ‘science’. As it an art the medicines can carved as and used as per symptoms as perceived by the physician who examines the case.
John Hendy Clarke, the most distinguished homoeopathic physician of England used to practice this type of medicinal art. Kindly read his literatures.

C Burnett, a British homoeopath who took up the English physicians who were treating the aristocrats, and who were anti-homoeopathic by giving several reasons also followed the same type of treatment advocated by Mr J.

However, presuming that the attending physician has to take the time of aggravation, amelioration of the symptoms, as suggested by you. Will only knowing the time of aggravation or amelioration is enough to cure the case? What else is required?

I do not know from which country you are writing. If you tell me I shall quote a physician from your own country who is practicing this type of specific medicine. If your are from Austria I will not be in apposition to help, sorry.

In light of above inference I do NOT DISAGREE with the gentleman homoeopathic prescriber who has prescribed Nat Sul, a leading anti Sycotic remedy in cases of asthma.
People who profess and preach homoeopathy actually do not know no-thing on this subject.

The phlegm that is being discharged from his lungs is obviously tacky and steam will help it to be expelled.

You have to use an open electric kettle from which the boiling water sends up clouds of steam. The child is placed in a position, under strict supervision of course, to inhale the steam for as long as possible. A Nebulizer may also be used without any drugs to atomize the water and this is safer. The coughing will expel the phlegm gradually and help the pockets in the lungs which are excreting the phlegm which has caused his Asthma.

Continue the Nat Sulph medication daily and report response.

You are not understanding point. I am not saying whether medicine right or wrong. Saying that not correct to say Arsenic Album never remedy for asthma unless SOS. Also not saying only time show medicine - you cannot understand? homeopathy practice on different modality - each one maybe important. If you dont know this, what you are practicing?
I am old man, many, many years in homeopathy(doctor). How I know you doctor? Anyone say on net anything.
