Sir I am sending my details to you with every detail. I searched a lot on google. What ever it is, ED or any other problem just save my life. As you can understand that with out sex life, life is useless. Also will be married in the end of this year.

Any Specific Tension: Related to Job, related to life and ofcourse related to sex life.

Drug Addiction/ Smoking: Smoking regularly, drinking occaisonally . Few years back used Charas and Ganza but left. Last use was in 2007.

Marital Status: SIngle

Pre Marital Sex History: Not much. 3-4 times. Once used Viagra. Once soome other tablet.

Extra Marital Affair: NA

Masturbation: Yes and from 1995.

Night fall: Never observed.

Describe The Problem In Detail: My problem is regarding erectile dysfunction and lack of interest in sex.Lets come to the problem from starting and in detail. I am 28 years old now.I started masturbation in about 1995. That time i was really good in achieving erection. It was very good till 2003. In 2003, i took some medicines for Hair Treatment but after 2 months, i stopped medicines as some one told me that they are not good for sexual life. I was still doing masturbation and achieveing erections till that time.But it was slightly degraded. Also till this time i started smoking and slight drinking. After this time i was a regular smoker and an occasional drinker. Slowly my erections degraded but i was not aware.Once in 2007, i tried with a prostitute and i was not good in sex.Later i tried sex with one my friend in 2008 and that time i didnt get erection.When i read porn or watch some thing , if it is good then i get erection but as soon as my mind goes somewhere, i lost my erection. Some time when i got erection but during intercourse , with in a minutes i lost my erection.Now i was worried about this. I searched on google, and found about ED.I stopped smoking and started Dabur Shilajit Gold and there was significant improvement and i was happy but when ever i forgot to take Shilajit, again the condition was same. Then i again googled and found about L-arginine. I started to take a capsule. when i started it but no improvement. But there is 1 thing i need to say that when i started L-arginine 500 mg capsule, i started to get erection in morning in sleeping time which i was not getting from last few years.And also one more thing is that when someone starts L-arginine, they got nervousness or nausea or diziness but i never felt anything like this.I was absolutely normal.Now the exact situation i told you.I still smoke .Also need to inform you that beside my testis, there is a small thing of about 1cm size some thing soft with balls.I do not know what it is but it is from last several years.I mean to say that there are 2 balls and about 1cm something soft in the same location.May be it is clotted blood which may be there coz of any type of hurt in previous during playing cricket or somewhat, but i am not sure.But there is no pain.Even when i was getting good erections, i think still it was there.Also i am not diabitic.I check my sugar yearly and last time it was 96 after 2 hours of meals which is infact low then normal. Now i described my problem in every detail and please let me know that if this problem is curable or not.I do not want any problem after my marriage.I have 1 year. If it can be cure then please let me know. Also tell me my exact problem that why it is so. Is it only ED or something else.
