The ABC Homeopathy Forum
performance anxiety
I am enrolled in coursework to become certified as a Pilates instructor. Testing includes a practical component, where I am observed taking a client through a session. During my first test, I felt like my mind "went blank" at times, at other times it was racing and I was tripping over my words. I felt flushed and hot from head to toe. It is important for me to calm down for my final testing. Any recommendations?djhundred on 2005-08-03
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Even two: I have no idea which one fits you more:
GELSEMIUM is for stage fright when your mind goes blank, ARGENTUM NITRICUM is for stage fright when your thought are racing really fast.
Both seem to fit.
1/2 - 1 hr before test take one dose, 1M potency, of the remedy you feel is better.
