constipation problemDear sir,
I am 26 years old girl.
I am suffering from the problem of constipation from last 2-3 yrs.
My problem is that i dnt have regular bowel passing.I go once in 3-4 days.I dont feel any urge for bowel passing the whole day.
This causes feeling of tightness and heaviness in stomach regularly.I tried some natural herbs like isabgol,aloe-vera but not get any relief. I dont feel any pain in stool passing. I walk regularly for about half an hour but get no benefit.
The stool is hard in starting and normal afterwards.I dont get fresh when I wake up early in the morning but get anytime upto noon.
I also have tried homeopathic medicines like Lycopodium and Nux vomica for it, but dont get any relief from it.
From last 1 year I am also suffering with the problem of colourless and smelly discharge.
Plz tell me the medicine so that it will get regular and i will get fresh early in the morning as i have to do yoga regularly for my lack of concentration and clarity in mind & thoughts, which is not possible without clean stomach.
So plz help me.
