Need remedy to help my autistic son

Hi, I want to say thank you for this forum. I have learned so much from reading other posts, however, I need your help. My son is 21 year old and autistic. I need help finding remedies that can help him to stop throwing chairs, flipping over tables and fans. I need a remedy that can help him to think clearly or that can help him communicate which is why he throws chairs, and stomps. he tries to fight us, while saying, its ok. He is oppressed in a mind he wasnt born with. He jumps on people while out in the street and does not like crowds or loud noises or to hear even the wind blow. He has terrible dandruff and pimples on his back and face. He has cafe late spots on the spine of his back, I believe came from the Carc 200c he was on briefly. Please help! Mom is about to loose her mom :D.
