Infant problem

my otherwise healthy 11 month old daughter frequently gets mild fever which the allopath dr says is due to iron deficiency-any homeo medicene for this problem.ive also heard that preauricular tags can automatically fall off with homeo medicene-is it so-she has one in her cheek and one in her ear both congenital-any med for this.please suggest

Give him 3 doses of China off 30c as one dose per day at morning empty stomach 30 min before morning meal.

Report me after the 5th day from the 1st dose.
