A small change you do.
1. In place of HornBeam pl give her Hemamelis-Q 5 drops in two teaspoonful water twice a day
Rest of the medicines to continue as it is.
Pl give feedback after 15 days. If required then earlier.

Dr Tamhankar,
Its been 7 days with the new medicines you suggested. Unfortunately, there is not much improvement in her piles/fissures problem. Still she is suffering from pain along with stool with blood.
She is feeling weak and also another problem is her right hand/shoulder is giving her muscle pain. She is feeling pain/discomfort when moving her right hand (when she is raising the right hand.
Kindly help so that she can have some relief. Its real unfortunate, she is developing one problem after another...

PL give her Sanguineria-30 6 pills Twice a day.
In place of Rhus Tox or ( Sulphur?) pl give her Causticum-200 6 pills twice a day.
Pl adjust timings of other medicines.
Take this treatment for 10 days and then give me feedback

Hello Doctor,
There is not much improvement in her right hand (shoulder) pain. Whenever she tries to lift her right hand she is facing considerable pain & discomfort...
This right hand (shoulder) pain seems to be the major concern currently. Also, it seems her right side of the body is more vulnerable to pain attacks (just an observation)
