Sir,

I have been excercising Kapalbharti and Anulom Vilom as suggested by you and taking Carbo Veg ON and OFF. Things were going fine since the last one month. Decreasing my water intake helped me a lot. Earlier I used to drink 6-7 liters of water, now I have reduced to 4 liters (because of it, less gas was being formed). I was happy that things were going fine, but since the last three days, my problem has re-appeared with pain in my back, more gas is being formed. I have been taking Carbo Veg 30x since the last 3 days and now it seems to be bit in control, at times I even get bit pain in stomach too.

Is it normal for re-appearance of this problem? I am still taking plain food. The day before it reappeared, I ate parathas in lunch as well as dinner (cooked in olive oil, now a days I am taking this oil).

What should be adequate water intake for a me?

Do you suggest any more test for me? I have already mentioned the test which I undertook in my first post.

Thanking you in advance.

Regards,
Rajesh Singh

There is no need to have more than 3 liter water a day. 4 liter a day is maximum if weather is not too hot.

There is no need to worry a lot for occasional abdominal pain.

Thanks a lot Sir for your inputs.

I am still suffering from upper back pain, continuing with Carbo Veg, scared that the reason for Gastiritis/Back pain could be different. Discussed my Gastiritis problem with other family members, as per them gastiritis normally creates problem for 5-6 days and then gets resolves for few days, before appearing again, but my problem is continuing since the last 5 months. There is not a single day when I could say that today I am gastiritis free.

From today, I have moved to 3 liter water a day only, which includes two glasses (1 liter) of butter milk earliy morning.

Thanks a lot Sir, for your help.

Please take the Bach flower remedy Rescue thrice a day for 15 days. It is available at homeopathic shops. The dosage is same as that of a homeopathic remedy.

Sir,

Thanks for all the help.

My problem has been resolved. This problem was because of mucus. This problem has been resolved since last 4 four months. The medicine which seemed worked for me were Zandu Pancharist 3 bottles, one table spoon twice a day. After taking it, my problem did not seemed to resolved but after few days of taking 3 bottles of pancharist, I took one spoon of chawanprash, after 1/2 an hour I went to bathroom, only mucus came out as my stool, seemed to be 150 ml in quantity. After this incident mucus never came out visibley as my stool and slowly my problem got resolved.

Today I am a happy person, just wanted to thank you for all your help. At times I feel gastiritis when my stomuch is empty.

Thanks for all your help.

Regards,
Rajesh Singh

Hello,
I just found your post as I am having the exact same gastritis symptoms that you had. I am glad to hear that you are feeling better. I'm wondering if you could tell me how you came to the conclusion that it was a mucous problem? I am in so much discomfort for 2 years now and would love to know how you cured yourself. I can't take it anymore. I want my life back! Any info you can give me would be much appreciated. Especially how you found the problem (mucous). Thanks very much.

Hi,
As stated above in my earlier post, my problem got resolved slowly in a month or two after only mucus came out as stool. Now with Gods grace I am fully fit. Have read on net that mucus can gather in large intestine if one gets viral fever. The body sends wrong signal that there is problem in intestine. If you were in India I would have recommended aurvedic medicines which I have stated above. Please inform if I could be of any help.

If there is mucus problem then in your stool you could find semi/undigested food always, will get hungry often.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I am going to see if we have an Indian market in town that might carry the product you used. But in the meantime, I am trying the Carbo veg to try to get some relief. Can you tell me how long it took for the Carbo veg to help? I have been taking it now for a few days with no relief yet.

Whitesoxwoman,

Your issue needs to be looked at individually to cure it. You cannot read about
what others took, bc their medicine is based on all their symptoms and everyone
is different. An example is 5 people could have the flu, and each one could have
a different remedy to cure them, based on their overall totality.

If you wish, go to the front forum page, low left, click Post New Topic button, and
make your own treatment thread with headline. You can also ask for a prescriber
in the headline if you prefer a person.

On that thread, put the answers to this form: http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/188925

and someone will suggest what remedy to take for it.

Simone, your observation is correct in case of homeopathic medicines but I was discussing aurvedic medicines with her.
As far carbo veg is concern it just stopped the gases to raise above for few hours after taking it, giving me chest pain relief. But it did not cure me.
