Bedwetting in 6 year old

I apologize now as this will be long, but I want to give all the details I can.
My oldest just turned 6 last week and up until trying some remedies recently has never been dry overnight. He is a very active child, but can be somewhat irritable. He has had trouble with nose picking (better now) and teeth grinding in sleep (off & on now, but severe in past). He often has trouble with anal itching. He has allergic asthma, but rarely has trouble since learning to avoid allergens (mainly cats). But still often coughs or has mucus in his nose, etc. He also does some stimming at times although he is not autistic.
After some research, I decided to try Cina as several of the symptoms seemed to fit. In the past we have done a low dose of a deworming medicine, but nothing was affected. I first tried Cina 30C I started with the lowest dose I had read about and when it did not work, I tried a higher dose (more pills/more times per day) At that point he seemed to be less wet, but was still wet each night. Finally I decided to try the dose on the Cina remedy which was 5 pills 3x a day--except that I really only ended up doing 2x per day due to forgetting to give the middle dose most days. I started this in the evening and then gave it for 5 days. The first 3 days he was dry, then the next 2 wet. We then had some things going on so I decided to stop giving it for a week to see what would happen (give it time to work, etc). He was wet every night. Then I was going to try again, but found only 4 pills remained. I gave him that single dose and he was dry for 3 nights again, and then the wetness returned.
At that point I thought perhaps we should try the 200c instead thinking a stronger potency would cure the problem (and possibly help some other issues) since we had seen some relief through the 30c. I have tried the 200c, but have not seen any results--except increased stimming (which I saw with the 30c as well). The stimming isn't a huge deal, if it would cure the bedwetting and then return to normal after finishing the remedy, but since there were no results...
So, I'm not sure what to try next. Should I try the 30c again with a different dosage? (every 4th day or something or make sure to do 3x per day instead of 2)? A different potency? Should we try something different?
I could really use some advice here.
Thanks,
Natalie
