Chronic constipation

I have been completely constipated for the last ten years. Nothing has had a lasting effect. I simple am never able to empty my bowels, and I can't eat very much because I'm always so full of waste. I also have chronic muscle pain probably because of toxic buildup.
So far the things I have tried to help this with are-
Nux Vomica 200c, about twice weekly, Bryonia 30c occasionally, Mag Phos.
I'm currently vegan and eat only organic food. I eat everything that is high fiber. I drink 1.5 quarts of water first thing in the morning, and up a gallon more throughout the day.
Lifestyle: I am very weak and thin. I work long hours at physically active work, and get a moderate amount of hard exercise.
Characteristically, I am hard driving, a perfectionist, exacting, hard to live with.(Unfortunately).
My hope in giving all this background is to facilitate a proper homeopathic diagnosis. Any help anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects in next 10 days.
If that doesn't help, take Arsenic Album 200 in the same way and see how it affects in next 10 days.
