Depression Plz help

Hi this is about my sister 20yrs old she is student suffering from depression since 3years...

Symptoms:
Depression after insulting, continuous great irritability, do not want to do anything like her routine like bathing,going toilet,eating and drinking food and medicine,passig urine or stool

Charcteristics:
Hot,likes covering,fond of desserts and fast foods,better after sleep and weeping

Homeopathic treatment given:
Nat.m,Puls,Calc.c,Ign,Nux.vom,Sil,Ars.alb,lyco,sulph,phos,sep,con,med,aurum.m,arg.n,plat,cham,

I request any suggestion for treament will be highly appreciated.

Who insulted her? Whether she was healthy upto 17? Whether she has taken staphysagria?

Thank u kadwa for ur help..
actually when she went to college the very first day her teacher scolded her since then the problem started, after then she felt like everyone even who try to suggest her is scolding her.She is quite reserved also she also lack good friends she do not even go to college i think she is into inferiority complex she feels herself incapable of studies(though she was a very bright student in school but due to circumstances she could not score well now).

she was good n healthy uptil 15 after which she suffered from chicken gunia which lead her extreme joint pain after which she gone althrough the depression
Yes she has been given Staphysegria 200 and 1m 2-3times in different intervals

I am just curious what is your thinking here-
bc patient has had Puls, and also Staph in 200
and 1M.

Are you thinking lower potencies if the Ambra Grisea
has no effect?

sir she is ok ,not completely but 40%.she neither like anyone asking her to do something nor she like to hear any advice from others.she becomes very irritable gets angry on little things and stops talking to any one and goes to sleep,she alters her mood by sleeping and eating something special (specially sweet) also she feels lazy and tired all day.what medicine should be given??
