The ABC Homeopathy Forum

issues w/ confidence, anxiety, depression

Hello everyone,

25 yr old male. I have been dealing with some symptoms for quite some time now. Symptoms, especially metal/emotional, got a lot worse w/ passing of sibbling 5 years ago.

I have awful anxiety at times. I can feel spacey, zoned out, dumb, and almost paralyzed. I have an especially hard time doing any sort of presentation, speaking etc. I feel and am extremely shakey and weak and can't focus. I feel like people are watching and will be critical.

I have lost any quickness of wit that I had, and for lack of a better word I feel just dumb. School has been very hard- I struggle w/ memory and things like math are impossible- I used to be very bright.

I don't have great motivation (besides getting better) and procratinate terribly- never want to do work- would rather listen to music or exercise, do anything but mental work. I am very irresponsible with money, and just being responsible in general.

I am scared of people- especially women- I have had no confidence in myself and have become or feel very awkward, unsure, timid. I almost feel guilty and apologetic.

There is a lot of anger in me- I am often critical, have lost interest to friends and family, but I still put on a fascade like I am happy/ things are good. I often want to be alone bc I dont feel well, but realize/want to be w/ people at the same time- Before feeling this way I was very outgoing. It's like I want to figure stuff out on my own, don't want anyone to do it for me.

Physically, I feel weak and tired. I don't sleep well- wake a lot and wake up feeling jst awful w/ dread of the day.

I get joint pain in my joints (dealt w/ lyme disease as well)- both shoulders (surgery rt shoulder) hips at times, feet hurt at times. I tend to crack my joints- fingers, elbows. They feel tight and restricted.

I have terrible circulation- hands and feet always cold and sweaty- can turn purple and red. very slow hr - 50 bpm

My digestion hasn't been great. constipation and a lot of gas. I crave chocolate especially and ice cream.

I have small tremors and feel tremulous in the limbs- all limbs, but especially hands. gets worse with anxiety/ after exercise.

I have no libido any longer. I feel very weak and deal with both erection and control problems. My urine is foamy and the stream and slow and there is retention. Can have to go several times. Any nervousness makes me have to urinate frequently and in large clear quantity- there is dribbing and the stream goes left.

Thanks for any help/ suggestions

Hello Steve!

I have studied your history, and found that you need several different remedies. Maybe three.
But the medication you should start with is called Natrium muriaticum. This is because it is important to start with the emotional.
Later it may be that you need Argentum Nitricum, but we will come back to this.

You can start with Nat mur 200C, one dose. That is 3 pills, or 10 granules, tiny pills.
Take your medicine at least half an hour before or after food, you may want to rinse your mouth with water first.

Pour the medicine right into the lid of the container, and then into the mouth. Let the medicine melt under the tongue, then swallow.

Do not drink coffee, if possible, or anything else with caffeine. Coke etc..

Wait a week before you contact me again, or before, if something special happens.
Do you have any questions, just ask?

Good luck; R.Flemming.

Thank you very much!

Few questions- I have in the past taken nat mur in lm potency- what are your thoughts on LM's?. Also, I have taken arg nit under another homeopath in the not so distant path ~ about a month ago- no real difference- taken in 200c and then 1M...Any insight into what you see would be great as I've taken quite an interest in homeopathy.

I really apprecitate your help. It might take a week or so for me to order and receive nat mur in 200 so I'll let you know.

Hey.

LM potence. I'm a little surprised that so many homeopaths use this potence, as first choice. LM should be used where the patient is extremely sensitive to homeopathic remedies, or where the patient is dependent on using allopathic medicine. This is because LM can be given daily for long.
(Also some other reasons)

When it comes to Nat mur, which you have used in the past, do you remember if you got any reaction of this?

1.Et another question, do you tend to sigh?
2.Bite on the inside of your cheek?

As I said, we have to wait and see what medication that comes next, not sure it's Argentum, but to me it looks like this.

Is it that you want to try nat mur, buy 200C and 1M. This saves you time and postage expense.
Could be that you need up to 10M before you get a full effect of this medicine.
But please answer my two questions before doing anything.

(Where in the world do you live?)

Sincerely, R.Flemming

Thank you for the insight into the LM's.

I do recall having a good reaction w/ Nat Mur in an LM potency- mostly more energy if I recall. There have been three remedies that the homeopaths that I've seen in the past have been very confident w/ and I see a lot of myself in them as well- just wonder if I had the wrong potency or didnt give them long enough of a try- They are Lycopodium, Silicea, and Nat-M.

I do sigh from time to time, but don't know if it's consistent/ I do not bite the inside of my cheek at least consciously- I believe you're thinking ignatia- which I have not tried.

I live in midwest US- Chicago

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.

Hey.
You're absolutely right, I think of Ignatia. Sounds like you have some knowledge of homeopathy? :)
In fact, Ignatia, was the medicine that I first thought about suggesting to you, but thought I saw signs of Nat mur. (Nat mur do not like olives.)
you've already tried Natrium mur, so maybe we should focus on Ignatia.
This medication is one of the most widely used, particularly in relation to emotional imbalances. Broken relationships, grief, etc..
Ignatia often opens the way to the next remedy, removing a layer so that the symptoms were not clear before, becomes more visible. If I can say it this way.

Ok, then I suggest you buy Ignatia, 200C and 1M. This is often given before Nat mur, and many other medications.

Last question before ordering the remedy:

I feel strongly about lycopodium. Is there any rhyme or reason or order that would make it preferable to take ignatia first and then later lyco or vice versa. Relationship, differences, etc.?

I am studying to become a naturopathic physician w/ a focus in homeopathy- I know a lot of remedies very well, but understand it's not a good idea to treat yourself.

Thank you
