High Triglyceride

Doctor,

Few days back my blood pressure went very high along with vertigo, nausea and discomfort. Blood examination revealed that Triglyceride is very very high and VLDL Cholesterol is also a bit high.

Kindly suggest a homeopathy remedy for bringing down the above abnormalities.
