30 month old constipated

hi my daughter has been constipated for over a month now. It started with hard poops and she tore and now she goes every 1-2 days sometimes she bleeds a little and sometimes not but she is holding the poop because she is scared it will hurt. Her poop is half normal consistency half lumpy. Floats in the water. She gets no exercises at my in-laws but i make the effort to play with her for at least 2 hrs when she comes home. Also i am pushing the water in take.
This happened all of a sudden, we are eating a healthy diet, no junk food in this house i am very surprised. Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
i should also mention when she gets an urge to go she slowly bends into sitting position gets to the potty but when she sits down after a minute she says she cannot go, sometimes i ask her to stay a little longer and to try so she does and has a bowel movement.

Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after each of 2 meals can help to promote a bowel motion.

If she bleeds after a stool you can insert any antibiotic ointment just inside her anus on a finger tip to help the lesion to heal without irritation.

Report her response in 48 hours.

thank you sir i have to go and get them tomorrow, i am new to homeopathy. how do i give the tablets to her? under her tongue or can i have her swallow them?

You may dissolve them in a spoonful of water or let her suck them as they are slightly sweet and will dissolve on the tongue.

Please note that you must get the Biochemic Cell Salt tablets of Nat Phos 6x as the Homeopathic product in little pellets will not work in her case.

Hi again, are there any simptoms involved with taking these?

I can sense some anxiety on your part that Nat Phos 6x can harm your baby.

I can reassure you that IT WILL NOT.

You can take 2 or up to 10 tablets yourself in one go to satisfy yourself that they are perfectly harmless and will only help your baby to overcome her constipation hopefully permanently.

If you still have any doubt you are advised to consult a paediatrician who will prescribe a laxative which will help baby temporarily as long as it is taken.

In direct contrast the Nat Phos will help her in the long run by accelerating her peristalsis and thereby regularising her bowel movements.

The choice is yours.

I am only trying to help your baby.

thank you sir, i am just trying to make the best decision for her. I am greatful for your help.
The reason why i came here in the first place is becasuse i went to a doctor who recommended oral laxatives. I am against drugs and anything superficial being thrown in our bodies so i turned to homeopathy.
I will go to the pharmacist today and get the recommended product for her. I will report after using it for 48 hours.

Again, thank you sir for helping my baby.
