Aconitum dosage for panic attack???

Hi,

I am male 29. Since child hood, I have a problem of panic attack when ever have to face a public, or mass or interview etc. I have confidence till the occurence of that event, but once am into stage i will start to tremble, heartbeat increases, suffocation etc will happens.
I read that Aconitum Napellus would be the correct remedy for me.
Please give me an advice about the potency and dosage which I have to take to eradicate this problem of mine completely.
