Mouth ulcers.

My husband has pain in his tongue and it's burning pain in the night . Sometimes pain is so much that he is hardly sleeping . Before that he has so much pain in his mouth due to gum infection . His gum was swollen and area around was very painful. Now he still has infection in his gum and advised to take an antibiotics . Please advise. Thank you so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him belladonna 30 in the morning and evening for few days and see how that affects. If that doesn't work phytolacca 30 and causticum 30 may be tried later one by one.

Kadwa ji , my husband 's gum infection is gone now but today while traveling his crown in one of his tooth came out and he got severe pain . His tooth is aching so much . Please advise what to do ?.
