Public speaking FearHelp Me,
I am a male age 33 hieght 5' 7''. I am suffering from public speaking fear it seems. When ever its time for some presentation etc , I start to feel goose bumps in my stomach, and then headache starts on my right side of head .Head becomes too heavy and I feel slightly dizzy also.
This headache persists after the presenattion also.recently,After one of my presentation which took a heavy toll on me , when I woke up next morning I head swelling in my eyes, whic subsidized without any medication in 2 days.
I am also suffering from Psoriosis and talking Homeo treatment for this.I ususally take Nux Vomica in winters as per my doctor or Kali sulp. 6x /Petroleum 1000 etc as per my conditions.
Petroleum 1000 affetcs me a lot in positive way.
Posriosis started after a total depression for a year due to my failure in engg exams. after 12th class.
I try to be positive and happy. But some days bouts of depression occurs which decrease after my marriage.Posriosis is also under control.
The problem is unconrollable behaviour during pressure/public speaking.
I am a introvert but I fare well in meetings etc . Also , I am a jolly person and have good relations with my colleauges.
I am excessive emotional and when ever I see or feel something bad I cry easily . If I try to overcome , my head becomes heavy.Sometimes I also suffer from confidance loss.
I do Yoga ,listen music .I have craving for Sweets.
Can you please help me .
