Eczema in 10 year old, skin folds, eyelids and lips affected

My daughter always had mild eczema on her arms and legs. When she turned 10, it progressed to upper and lower eyelids, around her mouth, forehead, behind ears, neck and armpit. It is scaly and dry, except behind the ears where it's sticky when she itches it. From what I read about homeopathic remedies, graphites would be the thing to try. She is not really graphites type though. She is very thin, petite, active, tan, very bright. What do you recommend? I am willing to try a remedy as long as it's harmless and the dosage is very low.
Thank you for your help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What are her cravings and aversions, likings and dislikings?

Does she prefer salt?

She likes salt on certain dishes, but she is not craving it. She likes pickles. She also likes sweets, chocolate, ice cream.

I shall copy below my default therapy for Eczema which has helped the lesions of many chronic cases to dry up in a few days.

The remedy for your Eczema is Arnica 6c in the Wet dose which is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid Dilution in Alcohol in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

Take a capful of the remedy water twice daily and also apply the water on your lesions as often as possible.

You should observe some improvement in your condition on about the third day into this therapy.

Please report your response on the third day.

It is understood that you will not take any other drug while using the Arnica therapy.

You are right that Graph is not remedy. I had to make a choice between Nat Mur and Sulfer.

Sulfur is more indicated. You can start with Sul 12. Buy in gloubles.

Start with one gluble as one dose and one dose a day. This is to avoid any aggravition.

I appreciate both advices. Will be looking for a local homeopathic pharmacy or ordering on-line. I will try Arnica remedy first.
I would like to give a few details, so please let me know if your instructions would change. Her lesions are dry, not wet, and very itchy on the skin folds on her arms and legs. We use OTC steroid ointment sparingly. Behind her ears she rubs periodically and sticky liquid appears which dries forming a crust. The eczema on her face is the most concerning not only because of how it looks but also because it's so close to her eyes and the treatment options are limited. It is somewhat itchy, not like arm and legs, but very flaky. She was also diagnosed with blepharitis. She can't use anything, even gentle natural oils to moisturise her eyelids because they react and swell. We did a course of steroid eye drops and tried steroid creams, which temporarily helped, but will not use again. Her right eye is more affected, and it stayed slightly swollen for the last year. Around her mouth and on her forehead there are some whitish discolored spots, also somewhat itchy and very flaky. She was tested for fungus, negative, but for some reason I still consider it a posibility. The spots around her mouth appeared after swimming in the public pool.
I do have one question - is it safe to dab the remedy on her eyelids?
Thanks again for your time and advice.
