SAMe (S-Adenosylmethionine) for Depression

I have recently been taking homeopathic SAMe which is assists in your general sence of wellbeing and assists in relief of anxiety and depression.
It recommends 1-3 tablets daily which each contain 25 mg of SamE

The non homeopathic dose is 200mg each.

I was just wondering if anyone knows how effective the homeopathic SAMe is.

no remedy is homoeopathic less its pathogenosy (symptoms experienced during proving) is similar to
dis-ease symptomology of the individual----even if method of prepartion is the same.
