6 year old with autism

Hello - I have an adorable 6 year old son with autism. He is a mellow kid with no destructive behavoirs. His main issues are humming, screeching weird sounds, hand flapping and lack of normal communication or other age appropriate skills. He goes to a special ed. class as he is not typical. He can talk in broken language to communicate. He is sensitive if we are strict with him, he breaksdown in tears. At night sometimes, I see him sleeping in a sitting position with his upper body bent forward on the pillow. He is a good sleeper. He loves flowing WATER and always wants to take a bath and always talks about swimming.

He had severe reflux and feeding issues till 2 years of age but now he can eat anything. He was diagnosed early on when he was 14 months.

My pregnancy was very smooth but labor was tramautic as my son put the cord around his neck and they had to do an emergency c-section to save him. He seemed normal for the first 4 months. He walked very late at 16 months and did not say his first word until 2 1/2 years. He had severe ear infections for the first few years but now he does not have any.

We have tried various treatmeants with him with some improvement and now want to see if homeopathy can help him.
