Ganglion Or Cyst

I have a ganglion on right arm wrist.
it was there for last two years,no pain and please sugest for homeo medicine for me.
i have already taken bromin 30 but there is no change or shall i have to go for operation.
please suggest me some medicine.

A Ganglion cannot be treated by Homeopathy.

Do a search on Google to realize the reason why it cannot be reduced by drugs or Homeo remedies. It is usually not of any consequence but it is usually unsightly.

You are advised to have a minor surgery to remove it under local anesthesia.
