High Intelligence, yet procrastinator. Depression, anxiety, Obesity
Hi allI am a 31 year old housewife witha 4 year old. For past 5 years I have had depression and anxiety that has been manageable with allopathy. But it has not given me a 100% cure and given me side effects like i gained 20kg after taking it.
I am also a big procrastinator. I can do big things, I was a very high acheiver. I have high intelligence, left a high profile job. But my productivity has always been low only because of procrastination.
I am excercising now, trying to get my life on line. But this procrastination seems to be taking over and I can't fight. Please help me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
May I also add,
I am depressed only because I can't get even simple household work done and later it causes guilt (mainly when my husband comes from work, or we have guests and the house is a mess).
I am depressed but NOT suicidal, I want to get on track.
I have tried time management, time tables etc, yet somehow its just not working.
I never seem to understand the urgency behind doing a work. It hangs there until it becomes too late.
