Cholestrol Problem

I am 64 yrs old.For last 25-30 years my cholestrol is high & avoiding dairy products,nonveg,almost zero oil,brisk walking has not reduced parameters.If I take allopathic medicine,lipid are ok,but go up on stopping medicine.Now my cholestrol,Tryglycerides,HDL Cholestrol,Cholestrol/HDL & VLDL Cholestrol are 220,225,35,6.3 & 45 resp.I am keen to try homeopathic medicine.I have good BP& no sugar problem.Pl advise

You have nothing to worry about in terms of Cholesterol and Triglycerides which are at the upper levels of normal.

I have used Arnica 30c in the Wet dose for the last 17 years and at age 84 I can testify that it has helped me to maintain a Lipid Profile which is the envy of teenagers. No sugar or Hypertension problems and most important of all, No Aches or Pains which are generally accepted as the price of the advancing years.

Suggest that you follow my example and take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose which is made as per instructions below:


Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.

Please follow the following restrictions which are essential to ensure that the remedy prescribed is not antidoted:

Do not use Coffee, Cola beverages, preserved foods like sausages, ham and bacon as they contain Saltpeter.

I failed to mention that Exercise is essential for at least 45 minutes daily to make you sweat it out.

I do a regular stint for 45 minutes daily and my BP is <120/80 with pulse <70
