This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
So far in these 7 days I still did not have a headache. It would be good to wait still another week or more, then it will be seen if I will have a headache. I feel a dull ache all the time in the lower abdomen and I have constantly a swollen abdomen. I feel good, but I feel like I'm overloaded.I often sigh. Ive never feel that feeling before.
I have a nice skin for some time, I stopped drinking coffee and Im feeling better.
My digestion is still very closed.
What do you recommend?

reduce your intake of food to half ,have mag phos 6x ,3 tablets three times a day , hope you are not leading a sedentary life.walk for 3-4 kms per day.
increase intake of water.
feed back after 4 days.

Nux Vom 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. dont repeat.
nat sulph 6x,5 pills 3 times a day from day 2. every day.
kali mur 6x, 5 tabs at night times from day 2 ,every day.
please give feed backs every 4 days.

We have to continue with my problems on this forum. The last was on date 23:01.
I was taking Magn. phosf. 6x for 3 days, 3 times a day four days ago.
In fact, I have no headache for 20 days which is a great result for me (success). In the middle of ovulation exactly this was the date: 2.2., 3. 2. and 4.2. I had only abdominal distention for 3 days without a headache. I was started taking Mag.phos.6x on the date 02.02.-02.04 (3x/day for 3 days).
Usually I have severe headache in these time. It lasts 3-4 days.
I am very satisfied with this condition. If it will remain so forth, Ill be very satisfied. This will be a great success to get rid of these migraines for me.
Generally, Im feeling fine.

What does it mean? Should I take Mag.phos again for 3 days and then report?

MY MUM:
After taking Nux Vom and so on , The situation has significantly improved in the intestines; there is much less mucous present, but there are digestion winds which are very stinky. If I eat fresh vegetables or fruits the winds are much more present and stinky.
White foamy mucus still comes from my throat.
Sometimes I cough out a small sputum of white-yellow color.
White mucus from the sinuses is still present, it comes especially in the morning.
I still feel tightness under the rib arch of the right side.
If Im eating a vegetables or fruits, the tightness has been stronger. Headaches are still present on the left side of the shadows, especially in the morning. It helps me if Im drinking a green tea.
I dont feel less pain in low back pain and cervical vertebrae.
I was on medical examination by my gynecologist. She said that the mucous membranes in the vagina are completely dry and atrophied.
Im sleeping well but I often wake up very early between 3 and 5 oclock in the morning. When I wake up then I cant go back to sleep.
Im feeling good.
Can I open a new post for my mum that will be separated from mines?

It has changed that I have immediately greasy hair after 2 days. Previously I have never had a greasy hair. I've always had a very dry. I had a headache only when Ive got the period. The headache lasts 2 days. The other days I havent had a headache yet. I have a very swollen abdomen. Im feeling such that my headaches moved to the abdomen.

It's 3 months ago since we last talked. During this time I didn't using any homeopatyics remedies.My headaches have eased and other problems two. Now I'm 39 years old and I'm feeling without energy. I'm in a bad mood without reason. I think that there is no any joy and delight in me.
I'm missing this. I'm living healthy life and eating healthy food amd moving enough but the problem I see here is that I'm without energy and always in a bad mood. I'm feeling like I'm always tired.
What do you recommend?
