Facing problem in cervical spondylosis

Dear abchomeopathy.com,

I was facing problem in right side of the body. From the head to toe (right side).
and i went to the doctor, and doctor suggested me a digital x-ray.

in the x-ray it was mentioned as follows

Bone density and alignment are normal: Len of cervical lerduim.

Vertebral body height and density are normal: ostcephytes seen at c3 to c6. dix spces cm (a).

IMPRESSION: Cervical Spondolysis.

i would like to know is it a big problem and can it be treated.

please suggest some medicine for this.

pl take spigelia 1000 rhus tox 1000 ruta 1000 hypericum 1000 symphytum1000 arnica 1000 mix one drop each in two table spoon of water and take twice daily for 3 days and weekly for one month along with bio nkm 19 thrice daily with hot water

With this i am facing sleeplessness, over weight, indigestion and also back pain.

Things to avoid eating like: For some medicines we should avoid coffee and onion.

So, please mention which items to be avoided with this medicine.

1 dram Causticum 30 daily six pills in the morning, 1 dram rhustox 200 daily six pills in the evening.. With tincture 1oz |*

I am taking medicine as per your advice.

Below are the things i have noticed:

Severe frontal headache (i had stoped taking medicine for 2 days and there is no headache when i did not take medicine and headache started after continuing medicine.)

Right nose blockage.

Sleeplessness.
