Too emotional, prone to depressionI tend to be too emotional, everything hurts my feelings. I see a situation and then look for the worst possible option happening. Just so I can be prepared for it. It is stressing me out, giving me anxiety, makes me cry, it feels like I can't be happy. How to let go of control? And be more relaxed and HAPPY. I want to live happy. Lately it was affecting my health and I would like to see if someone recommends the next step.
