long time constipation

Hi all,
I'm a turning-18 year old male, weight 132 pounds, 5'10 height and skinny. My main suffering is constipation every time of the day except a bit when I get up in the morning because I'm way more relaxed, I also feel warm like a small fever on the forehead and right side and the tonsils are hot and like dry. Often my fingers become cold when I'm nervous. My mind is nearly always crowded with thoughts that doesn't make me feel the sensation or needing to evacuate despite I would like to. This situation has been on for many months and I've also been suffering from severe anxiety and had panic attacks now the situation improved a lot but I still can't handle all the thoughts for long times, in fact when I think the situation is under control I can better evacuate.
What remedies you would suggest for this situation ? Thanks a lot!

Most of anxiety went away during that months without any therapy

1. Describe your main suffering?
My main suffering is constipation. I can't feel the needing to evacuate when my mind is filled with thoughts, I did almost everything generally suggested to solve constipation but doesn't work if I'm not relaxed.

Nothing other

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I mainly feel over thinking, I tend to exasperate thoughts and situations.

I feel depressed, anxious and my abdomen is inflated and hard so I can't have a deep breath. I also feel like a small fever in the forehead.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
High anxiety started about 1 year ago because of disagreements in my family but before that I remember I had some smaller form of constipation too (had the sensation my intestine didn't totally empty.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Most of the day except the early morning when I just get up and I'm quite relaxed but also in the morning I feel there is still something inside to evacuate.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Constipation get worse when too many things fill up my mind in a way I think I can't handle all them and ameliorate when I'm relaxed and see things in a positive way without any hurry.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

Not really.

weeping, talking to one self etc?
Sometime I bite my nail when I'm a bit nervous or talk to myself trying to control my thoughts.

Depends on my mood, sometimes I'm very chatty and happy other times I'm feel paranoiac.

Dr.vamshikrishna 9 years ago
Dear Bonton,

You can try Dr. V's suggestion, order this in 200c and take 5 pills under the tongue.

Do not eat or drink for an hour before or after and do not use coffee on that day.

Report back in 4 days. I have been talking to you, Dr. V is new on here.

Your symptoms are mostly from a cause of anxiety.

Take care,

hi, after 4 days I felt relaxed for some hour only when I took the pills but lot of toughs and worries still go through my mind and I have to meditate for a while in order to slow them down but after some time I am again unable to be as relaxed as I can evacuate easily. For example, I can be exhausted at 4-6 pm because I spent energies on the obsessive toughs I've had during the day. What do you suggest ?
