I was about to email you!
Yes, there are a few things I've noticed. About 2 days after taking china, my abdomen felt much tighter and less bloated. The tightness lasted about 2-3 days, and is now back to the usual bloating. The bloating seems slightly lesser in the mornings now, but even worse at night after I've eaten. My appetite seems more extreme...I have little desire to eat in the day, but then when I eat dinner at night I'm ravenous and can't seem satisfied, no matter how much I eat. This was the case before, but seems even more extreme now. I do seem more thirsty, and drinking does not satisfy the thirst.
My mood and energy levels have fluctuated drastically, it's hard for me to see a pattern. But about the same days I was feeling tighter in my abdomen, I felt an unusual calmness and optimism, and had the courage to talk with my mom about family problems--something I haven't felt up to facing for the past several years. Then about 2 days of absolute fatigue and irritability. And now energy seems to have recovered a bit in the last 2 days.
Let me know if there's anything I should do, or just continue to observe.

This sounds very good. Obviously there are things going on. What happens is that the homeopathic medicine sends a signal to your dynamic energy, and this energy starts to correct any imbalances in your organism.
I think you should wait a few days and observe what happens further. It is quite important that you do not take the next dose too soon, the energy must be allowed to burn out first, if I may put it that way.
When you feel that nothing is happening, then it is time for another dose of China 200C, but please contact me first.
