Knee Joint Pain

Dear Dr,

As Title my mother is surfing with knee joint pain,swelling and burn in both knee's.we had tried many medicine and dr's for this but no relief,Pain killers give relax for hours only,after this pain start again.As her age is 58 and weight is 62 k.g only there is no another problem she is o.k in walk but cant fold knee's.
Pain is too much.. need best remedy from this pain and burn...Kindly attache X-Ray for this.

Has she been seen by an orthopedist, if yes, what was the diagnosis.

Considering her age, it might be osteoarthritis which is almost incurable.

Thanks to help out as 4 day report is there is no inflame in both knees and but few pain in left side knee only,right one is ok no pain,but few swelling in both knees...mom is feeling very relax with pain...
