Knee Joint Pain

Hello,

I have got pain in my knee joints everytime I try to go up stairs it feels like two joints are cracking against each other.

Can anyone give me a good advise and recommend a remedy.

Hi,

I have taken it for 3 days and I feel better while sleeping and the knee pain is reduced but its still there.Can you please advise me for the next step.
