Give him 3 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water and ask him to sip it up and spread in his mouth itself. Best absorption is in the mouth linings.
Let him sleep for another 2 hours.

Dear Dr,
I will give my son Phosphorus this Sunday as I couldn't give it to him last weekend.
Meanwhile what happened is he had a Math test. He could solve all the problems the night before and also the day before but on the test he could not do the same given problems. If he took the test at home he would get 90% but on the test he got 68%. This is very bizarre to me. This has been happening in Math for the past two years now. Even he doesn't know what happens at the test or exam time. I am very worried as he will start university this Sep.
I was looking online and Lycopodium is the med that is suggested for this kind of fear. I'm only guessing that fear is the cause of this.
Do you think I should wait and give him Phosphorus first or I can give him Lycopodium as he is having tests every week. If lycopodium then what would be the dose?

No, he is not a lycopodium person.
Ask him what does he feel in the examination hall? Does he feel nervous or is it lack of concentration?
Lycopodium persons have such fears but they finally do well in the exams. We must know what is actually happening with him.

I think he first gets nervous and that causes memory loss. Today he had another test. He said he only got two wrong and it is memory issue. Although the previous test got bad result due to anxiety causing foggy memory.

Hi Dr,
Since last two months I am having pain under my foot. Not the heels but the ball of my foot. When I wake up
In the morning I have trouble putting my feet on the floor. After walking a few steps the pain reduces but doesn't go away. The right foot middle toe sometimes hurts and the pain comes slowly and fades slowly. The ball of my foot seems swollen.
I also have neck pain. I also lost a lot of hair. Now my hair stopped falling but I already lost a lot.
Is there any medication for this.

Its important to know the cause of these problems or else we may be shooting in the dark.
Are you a high blood pressure patient? Did you ever have high blood pressure? Have you check yourself for high blood pressure of late?

No. Rather I have low blood pressure. Neither do I have cholesterol problem. I used to have low Iron, Calcium and Vitamin D but I took supplements and they were better. I haven't checked them for a long time though.

OK, Please check your sugar levels before and after food, blood pressure and cholesterol.
Once you know you are free from these, we can suggest a remedy to you based on your totality. I think that's a safe approach to work towards treating any isolated symptom as this one.

I notice that my son is getting irritated at small things. He says his retention ability might have improved very slightly but it needs to improve more.

Wait and watch for one month and let me know.
Please don't give him any remedy for the next one month
This initial irritability will definitely subside in a day or two.
Meditation is one way to improve retention ability.

You can start a new thread and fill up my questionnaire to start with. We will see if we can help you.
Are you taking a balanced diet containing good amounts of calcium and iron? Also, are you taking adequate sunlight for your body to make vitamin D?
At middle age mostly ladies tend to have this problem and end up with weak and fragile bones.Osteoporosis is a common disease especially in women at middle age.

I'm now trying to take a balanced diet although I'm not sure how much and how long I can do it. You know I am always anxious about my son and taking care of my family takes a huge portion of my time. I've started drinking milk and taking eggs.

About my son,
He says he still doesn't feel any change in him. I think the exam fear has improved a little bit. His teacher says he learns fast but forgets fast too.
I will wait until April 1st to watch for more changes as that's when it will be one month since I gave him Phosphorus10M.

Hi Doctor,
I think I do see some positive changes in my son. He is able to study by himself and memorize definitions ( he takes time) and reproduce them on tests. His math fear is gone. He will do computer programming in University where he has to be creative and also has to put attention to detail. He will try it out in summer to see if he can do it.
I see that he is putting on a bit of weight.
