Baby Eczema

My 18 months daughter is having eczema during the winter. She had this earlier since her birth, but it didnt come up this summer. It is back now, along with winter. There are red marks on her face, legs and arms and she scratches them with her fingers. The marks are red in color. Her stool also seem to be unusually smelly. What would be the remedy?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you describe the smell of your child's stool? Possibly as eggs or rotten eggs?
Is eczema very itchy?

I dont know how to describe the smell, but I think eggs could be close. Yes, the eczema is itchy.

Thank you for the reply

Okay, I think you need to give your daughter Sulphur. Sulphur 30C two times a day.
One dose consists of 4-5 pills or drops, which dissolve in water, half a glass of water. Give your baby a teaspoon of this mixture, as I said 2 times a day.
At least half an hour before or after food.

I had given Ars Album to her a few days before this incedent, for cold and fever (which I forgot to mention here in this forum). When I talked to a homeopath, he suggested that this might be a result from the ars album given to her and told me to wait for few days before giving anything. It looks like it is true, she seems to be better without any medication for this.
