Need help with ED and fatigue

Hi,

I have an unusual problem, can anyone help? Docs have given me Nux Vomica (30x), Arsenicum (1m), and Lycopodium (200c) without success.

My symptoms are ED (impotence), fatigue, depression. Never had these problems before I took Propecia for hair loss in April 2004. (Men, PLEASE don't take this drug.)

I'm 39 years old and in relative good health, 150 lbs. and 5'7" tall. I'm a quiet/shy person, but I also have much internal anger and (sometimes) bad temper. I started getting gray hair at a young age, and have significant hair thinning.

I also have dark circles under my eyes since I was young, and some skin rashes on my legs when I was little. There is also hair loss on my legs.

My diet is healthy and I exercise. In my 20s, I had panic disorder (attacks) but no longer suffer.

Western docs tell me it's "in my head" but I don't think so. An acupuncurist told me I have very weak adrenals.
