Delayed fatigue

I have an unusual symptom. I have no problem exercising, but 24 hours later I experience a deathly fatigue that lasts one to three days. My doctor has not found anything wrong with me that might explain this unusual symptom.

Is this symptom associated with any remedy?

I don't drink coffee or use cannabis. I have not started a new medicine. The delayed fatigued started about 6 years ago, but only after cycling. Lately, it takes less exercise to provoke the delayed response. Just weeding in the garden, which does not seem like much exertion, provokes deathly fatigue 24 hours later.
