sleep problem

I Am 40 year old male healty .
I have problem of sleeping . Usually I sleep from 11.30 to 12 am and wakeup for 6 o clock for prayer and then again sleep and then wakeup 8.30 for walk and for then to office .

Some time I can sleep even I am too much tired but still cant sleep . My eyes are close but mind are working and thinking and I cannot sleep and this will lead to very bad condition for me .Mind is active and thinking but my eyes close due to sleep. I dont know I express you rightly or not ...
Please help me AS when night time I get depressed and mind is in fear that again I have sleepless night .

What kind of thoughts race through your mind when you close your eyes to sleep?

Many things
day spending
old thoughts
old journey ..
any thing come in mind
I want to stop thinking but cant
I want to sleep but mind to let me sleep . and body and mind fight So I am out of mind ...
