Suffering from AnxietyHello Doctors,
I am 29yrs old and a software professional.
Since my childhood, I am suffering from the problem of little stammering.
Later when I consulted with doctors they diagnosed it as anxiety.
What happens is, while speaking to someone new, my voice gets chocked in between. It causes break in my voice. 'Specially while starting any sentence or conversation, it happens.'
Sometimes back I started taking Kali Phos 12x, and felt little relaxed.
But now I am feeling that this Kali Phose is not effective enough as even after taking it also, my problem is like that only. Even getting worse.
Please suggest what should I do.

Thanks for your reply.
In my childhood when this problem was taken as the problem of stammering, I took stramonium 200 for around 4yrs. But ther was no betterment.
Later doctors diagnosed the problem as ANXIETY and asked me to not to take stramonium.
I too feel that I dont stammer. I got kind of nervous. And when I interact with any influencial personality, to start the conversation, I have to put lot of pressure.
Kindly go through the entire problem once again and then suggest.
