2 year old suffering from constipation

HI ,
My 2 year old is suffering from constipation she is trying really hard to pass but not able to pass from last 2 days, last week also she had same problem.
I am seeing this problem from last week.She drinks enough water also.DOnt know what is the reason.

What are you feeding her as her regular diet.

Are you or your husband constipated or any of your other children, if you have other.
