chronic infection in left kidney
Dear Dr. I am 52 yrs of age , male.My problem is because of recurrent calcium stone formation in left kidney i have gone through multiple surgeries in last 20 years.Presently there is no stone in left Kidney.Renal Scan shows that the function of left kidney is disturbed due to weak urine flow because of pelvic uretric junction obstruction and bladder neck leading to hydronephrosis.20 years back first open surgery was done by Dr.Ajit Phadke to remove a big 19mm stone and subsequently stritcher urethra in the subsequent years.Urethroplasty was done by Dr sanjay kulkarni from pune in the year 2006.Inthe year 2008 again a stone was removed by Dr.Patnaik by Pyelithonomy.Inthe year 2010,stritcher urethra by Dr. Sharad Sagade,and at that time he diagonised bladder neck stretcher.In the year 2011 again stone was removed by Dr. Sharad Sagade who is looking after the case at present.Chief Complain:-Urine flow is weak,there is always a slight pain in left kidney.There is lot of infection and going through the culture,Dr. Sharad Sagade have advised me to take tablet BACTRIM DS twice a day. According to my urologist this recurrent infection is because of pelvic urethric junction and bladder neck obstruction as can be seen in IVP , leading to HYDRONEPHROSIS. This entire problem is in left kidney.Because of gall stone I have problem of indigestion also.urine analysis shows BLOOD + , RED BLOOD CELLS 4-5 , EPITHELIAL CELLS 6-8 , PUS 50-60 , ALBUMIN +, . Urine culture shows KLABESIELLA BACTERIA. stone analysis showed calcium oxalate ammonium bicarbonate present.Renal scan shows that the function of left kidney has reduced comparatively.IVP shows PELVIC URETRIC JUNCTION OBSTRUCTION. I have used some homeopathic medicines in the past like Dr reckeweg DILUTIONS BERB VULG 200C , CANTHRIS 200C , SARSAPARILLA 200C , R27 , R18 , R87 , also I have gall stone of 6mm for that I used before R7. with these medicines infection reduces to some extent. I request you to kindly consider this chronic matter as an exceptional case and give your opinion at the earliest.....regardsmuskmelon on 2013-12-24
