Ok now as long as you are under my treatment you will follow my advice and not do anything on your own.
Nux Vomica 30C
Please bring 2 small disposable cups approx 240ml.
Fill both the cups with clean water.
Dissolve 2 drops or 5 pills in 1st cup. Stir with a spoon. Take one teaspoon from 1st cup and put this into 2nd cup. Stir second cup.
Now take just 2 sips from the second cup.
Dispose off or throw away both the cups.
Wait 3 days patiently and update me. Your treatment will be slow and take a bit of time, approx 3 to 5 months boz case is badly spoilt over the years.

hi dr zady. i took nux vomica 30c as per ur instructions. today is my third day. i didn't feel any difference.
i have observe that while passing stools i am having burning sensation and discomfort on the rectum like it swollen and getting difficulty in passing stools. it stays 10 to 15 minutes after passing stools and then it disappears. i am eating all the three meals but not passing stools.i don't know actually where the food is going.
my hands and legs going sleep. and i have a feeling that somebody put weight on my spine from neck to middle. and just below heart in rib cage and around chest area.
pain just below the rib cage. specially left side.

Ok, please be a little patient. I know you are suffering for a long time.
Please take one more dose of Nux Vomica 30 SAME WAY as before.
Also, tell me some earlier symptoms like 'difficulty in swallowing food'. Don't you have this symptom now?

no i don't have difficulty in swallowing like before. i was having dry lips and dry skin problem also. i still have all these problems but not like before. after i start drinking buttermilk i am feeling some better from
difficulty in swallowing
dry skin
dry lips
stomach burning etc.
but i still have dry eyes, gas, constipation, and all those problems.
now i am eating stomach full which i used to avoid.
i know all my symptoms are related to diestive problems.
ok i will take one more dose of nux vomica 30c like before and update you after three days.

When and how did pain in the ribs start?
What is the color of ur tongue?
Do you have bitter taste in mouth?

i have taken another dose but still didn't see and improvement.
i am urinating a lot from the last three days.
on sunday i didn't pass stools.
on monday after so much of straining i can able to pass little but with mucus. from the last three days i am feeling more hungry and i am eating a lot. i am feeling very tired. i am having headache. i am getting foul smelling from mouth. also getting joints pain.
sorry i didn't check emails from the last couple of days.
my thirst is excess and i am drinking 2 to 3 liters water a day.
ribs pain starts after meals. and i am continous having spinal pain. from top to bottom.
my tongue colour is creamy. i am also getting foul smell from mouth.
yes i have bitter taste in mouth. like when anyone has in fever. my body pains a lot specially joints.

yes i have very strong cravings for sweets. i feel weight on the left side after food. after some time it start pain.

You have to take just one dose from the second cup, just like the way u took Nux.

dr zady, yesterday after having dinner i walked for 1 hour and got an urge for bowel movement. i pass little but what i saw was white little worms in stools.

i took argentum nitricum 30. but could not see any difference. i am not getting urge to pass stool. after so much of straining and sitting long hours in bathroom i am able to pass small amount of it. my stomach is hard and i often get hungry after even eating stomach full.
PASSING SMALL AMOUNT OF GAS WHICH SMELLS FOUL. HAVING HEADACHE, BODY PAIN, ETC.
