whooping cough

my 6 yr old daughter has been coughing for over 3 weeks and 7mo son for about 2 weeks. coughs worse at night with vomiting for both. my son has one major spasm right after falling asleep he cough till almost blue then finally catches his breath thenvomits up breastmilk(only breastfed). daughter does pretty much same thing cough is shorter than his and not as scarey. he has lots
of clear mucous in nose , she does not. there coughs have gotten worse, but not always as intense as the spasm at night. during the day they do no vomit. help! not clinically diagnosed with whooping cough and i do not know any other cases but it is pretty atypical
