my local homeopath suggested me to take 2 drops in 20 ml water for total 3 days, mornng, evening and morning and then wait for one week.
i did this three times but after one week my problem came back.
now as you suggested i took 2 doeses 1 before sleeping and 2nd after 12 hours.

Dear Brother,
I have taken one more phosphorus 200 single dose 3 days before and felt more relax next day then felt upset after 2 days but again today feeling normal but my systolic b.p still bit high.
my bp is 145/85.
feeling energetic but not more energetic.

1. Anxiety 30% better
2. Heart PVC: 0 % Better
3. BP: 145/85
4.Nightmare: 50 % better
5.no body twitch
6.memory : 0% improvement

next day I was so much happy.

but last night again I saw a nightmare dream as some one hurting my daughter.

nightmares decreased but only 30% but again increase at same stage.
last night I saw my driver has fired on my head and I have only few minutes to die and I am saying my driver why did you do that and suddenly I woke up.
my pvc is better but 60% not 100 %.
today my boss said me to give the presentation next week and I am feeling uneasy to speak on stage.

Dear Brother, this time phosphorus is not giving a single percent benefit.
last night whole night I was waking up frequently with sleep talking and used to say I will kill you, I will beat you.
when I wake up in morning I don't feel freshness and feeling tired.

Dear Brother,
I am suffering from mild flue and white and some time yellow discharge from nose and throat.
when this started I took 3 doses of aconitum 30 and I felt relief but again it is increasing, I have also allergy problem and due to allergy I always feel uneasiness in throat and always took out white discharge from throat but thick discharge. I am also feeling burning inside nose.
feeling weakness but no fever.
what should I do sir?

one local homeopath advised me that when i get seasonal cough and allergy with fever then one should use aconite so i did.
today i am feeling uneasiness in throat and have cough and i think i have strep throat with flu.
